What is in a commercial 3D tour?
A walkthrough of the whole space you can measure in, plus photos of every meter, panel, riser and telecom board pinned to the spot where it lives. When the space is being redesigned, add a floor plan with room areas, a full drawing set and CAD files.
Does the tour link expire?
No. We host the tours ourselves, so the link keeps working after the job closes and there is no subscription to renew.
Who produces the floor plans and drawings?
The capture, floor plans, drawing sets and CAD files are produced by RevealBuilt, our documentation company, so one booking covers the tour and the documents.
What does it cost?
The 3D walkthrough and measured floor plan start at $250 for up to 2,500 sq ft, then by square footage. As-built drawing packages start at $2,500.
