Published pricing. You know the number before we schedule.
Start with a single content day, or pick a monthly plan built around how many active sites you run. A visit is a half day covering up to four of your addresses in one trip. Plans run three months to start, then month to month with thirty days notice.
Start here: a content day
$900. One half day across your active sites: up to 40 edited photos, two short videos delivered vertical for Reels and landscape for your Google profile, aerial photos and video included. Videos in three business days, photos in five.
Credited in full against any content plan you start within 30 days: the visit we already did counts as your first plan visit, so you never pay for the same afternoon twice. If you do not need a crew every month, Profile Upkeep at $199 keeps the listing current instead.

Profile Upkeep, no shooting
For a business that does not need a crew on site every month. Four Google posts a month from the photos you already have, review responses drafted for you, and a quarterly check that hours, services and categories are still right. Month to month.
The $1,200 Visibility Setup credits toward the content plans above, not toward Profile Upkeep. Upkeep starts after a Visibility Setup or a content day, so your listing has real photos to work with.
One build, photos and video on a schedule
Some contractors don't want a plan. They want one job documented properly, visit by visit, until it's done. That's a project, not a plan, and it's priced the same way: a fixed number before anyone schedules.
Or book a content day at $900 whenever the site is ready for one. No plan, no minimum, and it credits toward a plan if you start one within 30 days.
Projects do not credit toward a plan, because you received the full value. If a project turns into a plan partway through, the visits you have not used transfer.
Single items, priced on their own
Every item on the menu is available on its own. The bundles are priced so they win, on purpose.
- Photo-only visit40 edited photos. $600. A content day adds two videos and aerials for $300 more.
- Video-only visitThree short videos, vertical and landscape. $750.
- Aerial-only visit$350, credited toward a content day or plan within 30 days.
- Film from footage we already shot$400.
- Extra visit inside a plan$450.
- Recruiting reel$250, cut from crew footage we already have.
- Street View 360 tour$350 for a storefront or showroom, published through Google's Street View Studio.
If it is not on this page it is quoted as an add-on or we say no. We do not scope on the spot.
Where we go, and what it costs
- East Valley, no chargeGilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Ahwatukee. We are based in Gilbert; most of these are under twenty minutes.
- North and central, $75 a visitScottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree, North Phoenix. We route these into one day a week so the drive is paid once.
- West Valley, $150 a visitAccepted for Pro plans and projects for now. No charge once we have a crew based there.
Your active sites decide the zone, not your office address. A Gilbert builder with a job in Cave Creek pays the Cave Creek visit rate for that site only.
What each deliverable actually is
- Edited photoA color-corrected still, delivered in landscape for your website and Google profile and square for your feed. Sized and named, ready to upload.
- Short videoOne edit from that visit's footage, delivered two ways: a 15 to 60 second vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts with a hook in the first two seconds, licensed music and captions, and a landscape version under 30 seconds sized for your Google Business Profile and website. One revision round covers both.
- AerialsDrone photos and short video clips from an FAA-licensed pilot, with airspace authorization handled. Overheads, obliques and orbits, as the site allows.
- Before and after filmA 60 to 90 second edit of one project from the month's visits, delivered landscape for your website and vertical for social, with music and captions. A 30 second landscape trim goes to your Google profile.
- Dusk setA finished project photographed in the thirty minutes after sunset with lights and water on. Scheduled separately because the window is short.
- Profile upkeepEach month we add the best of the new photos and videos to your Google Business Profile, schedule four posts from them, and check that hours, services and categories are still right. The setup fixes the profile; upkeep keeps it from going stale.
- Crew shootYour people at work, for hiring posts, the About page and the truck wrap. Stills and a short vertical.
Add-ons
- Recruiting reelA hiring cut built from crew footage we already shot. Thirty to sixty seconds, vertical, captioned. $250 per cut.
- Site time-lapse cameraA fixed camera on a long build, managed and edited by us. Hardware and data plan at cost, management from $150 a month per camera.
- Twilight setDusk work on a finished project, scheduled for its thirty minute window. $150 per set on Starter and Growth.
- Extra visitA fourth or fifth half day in a busy month. $450.
- Extra licensed partiesA manufacturer, supplier or designer who wants to use the same set is added at quote time.
What changes the number
- TravelEast Valley and Phoenix metro carry no travel charge. Outside the metro is quoted with mileage and time.
- Rush editsVideos deliver in three business days, full photo sets in five. Next day delivery is available and priced per job.
- AirspaceMost East Valley sites sit in controlled airspace. We handle FAA authorization; it is included, not extra, but it needs the address a few days ahead.
From the people paying these prices
Good construction deserves to be showcased properly. Documenting our projects captures the progress, coordination, and craftsmanship that people don't always get to see. It gives prospective buyers more confidence in what we do.

Our pools take a lot of planning, skill, and attention to detail. Copper Frame Media helps us show customers everything that goes into the finished product, not just the beautiful pool at the end.

Questions about pricing
Why monthly instead of per project?
Because the value is cumulative. A single shoot gives you a post. Twelve months of visits gives you a portfolio, a rendering-to-reality archive, and enough footage that your feed never goes quiet. If you are not sure, the content day exists so you can find out for $900 instead of a plan, and if what you have is one build rather than a business to keep visible, the projects above are built for that.
What happens in a slow month?
Unused visits do not roll over, but the schedule flexes. If you have fewer active sites one month we weight toward finished-project and crew content instead, which you will need anyway.
Do you require a long contract?
Three months to start, then month to month with thirty days notice. Three months is the minimum honest test of whether it works. The terms are published.
Can we add a website?
Yes. Site build and content plan go on one invoice through the bundle, so the site launches with real photography instead of stock.
