Home / Drone and aerial
Aerial photography for contractors, with the airspace handled.
FAA-licensed (Part 107) pilots shooting job sites, roofs, arrays, backyards and lots across the Phoenix metro. Most of the East Valley sits inside controlled airspace; we hold the authorization so you do not have to think about it.
What we fly
- Job-site aerialsOverheads and obliques that make a backyard read as a project, a lot read as a site, and a build read as progress.
- Roof and array documentationMatched altitude and angle before and after, so the pair reads as the same roof. Panel layout and edge detail on completed installs.
- Progress flightsThe same viewpoint on a regular schedule, for builders who want the build in one sequence.
- Finished-project aerialsPools, patios, landscapes and casitas in context with the house, which is the frame every homeowner asks about.
- Aerial videoOrbits and reveals cut into vertical and horizontal, as part of a content day or a plan.
Airspace, plainly
Falcon Field, Chandler Municipal and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway are all controlled airspace, and the Sky Harbor shelf covers north Gilbert, west Mesa and northwest Chandler. Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, east Mesa and most of Scottsdale need FAA authorization before a drone leaves the ground.
We hold Part 107 certificates and request authorization for every address in advance. It is usually granted within minutes, but it needs the address a few days ahead, which is one more reason visits run on a set schedule.
A hobbyist with a drone cannot legally fly most of the East Valley. That is the difference between a photo you can publish and one you should not.
What a scheduled visit produces
Two aerial sequences, each from one scheduled visit with the airspace authorization handled in advance.

Questions
Is a standalone flight available without a plan?
Yes. A single aerial visit is quoted per address, and it is credited in full against a content day or plan started within 30 days.
Can you fly over an occupied home?
Yes, with the homeowner's permission, which your build agreement should already cover. We can supply the language.
What about wind and heat?
Summer flights happen early. We reschedule rather than fly in wind that softens the frame, and a set schedule means a missed day moves rather than disappears.
