Home / Projects
One project, documented so it keeps selling after it is finished.
For the contractor or builder who wants a single job documented from the first day to the last, without a monthly plan. Fixed visits, fixed price, everything yours.
How a project runs
- Visit oneThe before. We mark positions so every later visit matches.
- Middle visitsYou tell us the milestones; we book the schedule around them. A slipped week moves the visit rather than losing it.
- Final visitThe reveal, styled and lit. Dusk if it is outdoors.
- DeliveryEach visit's photos and videos within five business days of that visit. The film within two weeks of the last one.
What happens if it grows
Most projects are a test. If you start a monthly plan partway through, the visits you have not used transfer into the plan and nothing is lost. Projects do not credit toward plans the way a setup does, because a project delivers its full value on its own.
Two projects in a year is roughly a Starter plan. Four is a Growth plan with money to spare. We will tell you when the math turns.
What a scheduled visit produces
Two single builds documented on scheduled visits: a Paradise Valley lot from demolition through grading, and a Mesa landscape before and after. This is what a project package delivers.

What a documented project means to the people involved
Copper Frame Media captured the entire building process in a way that really showcases the quality and craftsmanship we put into every home. It's a great way to show prospective clients what goes into building with us.

Watching our home go from an empty lot to the place we get to raise our family is something we'll never forget. Having a professionally documented video of the process makes those memories even more special.

Copper Frame Media offers a unique way to preserve our work while helping us market future projects. Having that process documented gives us content we can continue to use long after a project is complete.

Questions
Can the homeowner buy this instead of the contractor?
Yes, and it happens. A homeowner documenting their own remodel or pool build gets the same product. Licensing covers them; the contractor can be added as a licensed party at quote if they want the files too.
What if the build takes a year?
Build Story visits can be spread over any period. If the build needs more than four visits to tell honestly, we quote Full Build.
Do you need access to the site every time?
Yes, and the site supervisor needs to know we are coming. You give us the contact; we handle the rest.
