Home / Visibility Setup
Your Google listing is the first thing customers see. Make it worth seeing.
One half day on site with a real photographer and drone, then your Google Business Profile rebuilt around what we shot. $1,200, done in a week, and it counts as your first month if you keep going.
Why the listing, not the website
When someone in Chandler searches for a pool builder, a dentist or a taco place, Google shows them a map with three businesses on it before it shows them a single website. Which three, and which one gets the call, is decided by the profile: the category, the completeness, the reviews, and increasingly what people do once they open it.
Most profiles were set up in ten minutes years ago. Wrong category, half the services missing, six photos from a phone, no posts since 2023. It is the storefront window of the business and nobody has cleaned it.
We fix that in one visit, and we fix it with the one thing a marketing agency cannot supply: real photographs of your actual work, your actual place, and your actual people.
What the evidence says
Google Business Profile signals are the largest single factor in local ranking, about a third of the weight, with reviews another fifth. Photos do not move the ranking much on their own; what they move is what happens after someone finds you. Profiles with a hundred or more photos get several times the calls and direction requests of an average listing.
So the honest pitch is this: the category and completeness work gets you found, and the photos get you called. The setup does both. We do not promise map-pack rankings from photos, because the controlled tests say that is not how it works. The full explanation is here.
What the setup includes
- The visitOne half day at your location or across up to four job sites. Interiors, exteriors, people at work, the product, the finished job.
- 40 edited photosColor-corrected, sized for Google and your website in landscape and for your feed in square. Named and ready to upload.
- Two short videosEach delivered two ways: a 15 to 60 second vertical for Reels and Shorts with captions and music, and a landscape version under 30 seconds for the Google profile.
- AerialsDrone photos and clips from an FAA-licensed pilot, where the location allows. Most of the East Valley needs FAA authorization; we handle it.
- The profile rebuiltPrimary and secondary categories audited against what actually ranks in your area. Every service listed with a description. Business description rewritten. Hours, service area and attributes corrected. Ten common questions seeded in Q&A with your answers.
- Photos and video placedThe best of the shoot uploaded to the right sections of the profile: cover, logo, exterior, interior, at work, team, product.
- First month of postsFour Google posts written and scheduled from the shoot, so the profile looks alive from day one.
- Citations checkedApple Maps, Bing Places, Yelp and Nextdoor brought into line with the Google listing, so the name, address and phone match everywhere.
- A one-page summaryWhat was wrong, what changed, and what to watch in Google's own insights over the next sixty days.
- Full usage rightsEverything we shoot is yours to use anywhere, for as long as you want it.
Setup Plus, $2,000, adds a printed flyer, six social templates in your colors, review request cards with a QR to your listing, and, for pool and hardscape contractors, a rebuilt Houzz profile with project pages from the shoot.
How the $1,200 works
The setup is $1,200, invoiced when you book and due before the visit. You own everything from it whether or not you do anything else.
If you start a content plan within 30 days, the $1,200 counts as your first month's payment and the visit we already did counts as your first plan visit. You never pay for the same afternoon twice. On Starter, month one is fully covered. On Growth, month one is $800 and you get the second visit and the rest of the month's deliverables.
If you do not need a crew every month, Profile Upkeep at $199 a month keeps the listing current with four posts a month from the photos you already have.
What happens after you book
- Day 1A fifteen minute call. We pull your listing and your top three competitors' listings while we talk, and tell you what we see.
- Within a weekThe visit. You send the address or addresses; we send a shot list the day before.
- Three business days laterVideos delivered. Photos two days after that.
- Same weekProfile rebuilt, photos placed, posts scheduled, summary sent. We need manager access to the listing for this; we walk you through granting it on the first call.
Three things we will never do to your listing
- Change your business nameNot to add a city, not to add a keyword, not for any reason. Your name is your name.
- Delete a review or a photo without your approvalWe flag what should go and why. You say yes or no.
- Make a change you cannot seeEvery edit is listed in the summary you receive, before and after. You stay the owner of the profile; we are a manager you can remove in one click.
If you have been through an agency that rebuilt everything and broke the phone, this is the page to read twice.
When we say no
The setup is a good fit for a business that has real work to show and a listing that undersells it. It is not a fit if what you actually want is one of these, and we will say so on the first call rather than take the money:
- A guaranteed rankingNobody controls distance or your competitors' reviews. Anyone who guarantees the top three is selling something else.
- A website rebuildWe will connect you with a partner. We do not build sites.
- Someone to run your social accountsWe deliver files and captions. Posting to your accounts is a different job, and we will point you to people who do it well.
Questions
Do we have to give you access to our Google account?
You add us as a manager on the Business Profile, which is a role Google designed for exactly this. You stay the owner, you can remove us at any time, and we never need your Google password.
Can you guarantee we will rank in the top three?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Ranking depends on your category, your reviews, your distance from the searcher and your competition. What we can promise is a complete, correct profile with real photos, which is the part you control, and we will show you what changed in Google's own numbers sixty days later.
What if our listing is suspended, duplicated or owned by a former employee?
Common, and fixable, but it is a different job. We will tell you on the first call whether the listing needs recovery before it needs a setup, and what that costs.
We are not a contractor. Is this for us?
Yes. The setup is the same for a restaurant, a dental office, a salon or a shop. The local business page covers what the visit looks like for you.
How is this different from a content day?
A content day is the shoot only, for trades who already handle their own listing. The setup is the shoot plus the profile work, and it is the one most businesses should start with.
