Terms of service
These terms apply to every content day, monthly plan and add-on purchased from Copper Frame Media. Version 1.0, effective 18 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Copper Frame Media ("we," "us") is a photography and video production business based in Gilbert, Arizona. "You" means the business that books our services. By booking a content day, starting a monthly plan, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell photography, video and drone capture of your job sites and completed projects, edited and delivered as described on our pricing page at the time you book. The pricing page is part of these terms. Deliverable counts are maximums per visit or per month, not minimums; the number of usable frames depends on what is happening on site.
3. Visits
A visit is a half day of up to four hours covering up to four addresses you supply within the Phoenix metro. Visits run on a schedule agreed at the start of a plan, not to construction milestones. You provide addresses and site contacts at least three business days before each visit so we can request airspace authorization. If a site is not ready, we substitute another address from your list or shoot crew and completed work. Unused visits do not roll over. Travel outside the Phoenix metro is quoted separately.
4. Site access and safety
You are responsible for our lawful access to each site and for telling site supervisors we are coming. We follow your site safety rules and may decline to enter or fly any area we judge unsafe. Drone flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certificated pilots and only where authorization is granted and weather allows; a flight that cannot be completed is rescheduled, not refunded.
5. Permissions and releases
You confirm that you have the right to allow photography and video of each site and that property owners and occupants have consented to it, including to its use in your marketing and ours. We will supply plain release language for your build agreements on request. If an owner withdraws consent, you tell us and we remove that project from our portfolio within ten business days; you remain responsible for your own use.
6. Delivery and revisions
Vertical video cuts are delivered within three business days of the visit and full still sets within five, through an online gallery. Each video includes one round of revisions requested within seven days of delivery. Additional revisions and rush delivery are quoted. We keep delivered files for twelve months; download and back up what you want to keep.
7. Licensing
On payment in full, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the delivered files for your own marketing, website, social media, print, proposals and trade show use, with no expiry. We retain copyright and may use the work in our own portfolio, website and social media unless you ask us not to in writing. The license covers your business only; manufacturers, suppliers, designers or other parties who want to use the same files are licensed separately at quote.
8. Payment
Content days are invoiced on booking and due before the visit. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance on the first of each billing period and due on receipt. Quarterly and annual prepayments are invoiced once and are non-refundable except as set out in section 9. Invoices unpaid after ten days pause scheduling; after thirty days a late charge of 1.5 percent per month applies. A content day fee is credited in full against the first invoice of any monthly plan started within 30 days of the visit.
9. Term and cancellation
Monthly plans run for an initial term of three months, then continue month to month until either party gives thirty days written notice. You may not cancel within the initial term except for our uncured breach. If we cannot continue to serve you, we refund any prepaid, unserved period. Prepaid quarterly and annual plans may be cancelled at the end of their prepaid period with thirty days notice; the prepay discount is not clawed back.
10. What we do not do
Our capture is marketing and general-condition documentation. It is not an inspection, survey, measured record, or evidence of code compliance, and you must not represent it as such. Measured as-built documentation is provided by a separate company, RevealBuilt, under its own terms.
11. Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a visit or deliverable is limited to the amount you paid for that visit or the month in which the deliverable was produced. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and the pricing page. Changes to price or scope apply to your plan from its next renewal after thirty days notice. The version in force is the one published here on the date you booked or renewed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
