Boots on the Ground with BlueInk Title
Win the next job with proof of the last one.
BlueInk Title recommends Copper Frame Media to the builders, remodelers and trades it closes with. Same service as everywhere else on this site: your job sites photographed and filmed on a schedule, with drone, short video and a finished film you own. Plus one extra for BlueInk clients: if you are buying or building from out of state, we will visit the property for you.

Boots on the Ground is a division of Copper Frame Media, offered with BlueInk Title Agency for the vendors they work with and the clients they close, across Arizona.
Project documentation, start to finish
Most contractors have a camera roll of half-finished jobs and one photo of the finished one. We shoot the build itself, on a schedule, from the same positions, so the whole thing cuts together into a film a buyer actually watches: the dirt, the structure, the finish work, the reveal.
- Scheduled visits, not luck. Dig and layout, foundation, framing, dry-in, rough-ins and drywall, finishes, exterior and landscape, the reveal at dusk. Your foreman texts us the morning the big equipment rolls.
- Photo, video and drone every visit. Edited stills for the website and Google, a short vertical for Reels and a landscape cut for your profile, aerials of the lot and roof.
- A fixed time-lapse camera on long builds. It is there at 6:30 when nobody else is. We manage it, pull the cards and cut the motion into the film.
- The film. 60 to 90 seconds per project, two to three minutes on a full build, delivered landscape for the website and vertical for social, with a 30 second trim for Google.
- Proof early. A 30 to 45 second cut from the first visit within 48 hours, then a short progress cut every month, so you see the quality long before the build is done.
A homeowner shopping for a builder is nervous about one thing: whether the crew knows what it is doing. A gallery of finished houses does not answer that. A film of the build does.

Builds we have documented
Three recent Arizona builds, each cut from scheduled visits: a lot taken from demolition to grading, a subdivision's footings and underground, and a custom home foundation pour.
Everything else under one roof
Each one is a fixed product with its own page. One call covers all of it.
The property visit, for anyone who cannot be there
A seller in Ohio, a buyer in Seattle, an escrow officer in Gilbert, and nobody has actually stood in the house since the listing photos. We go, we document what is there, and you have a dated report the same week.
- Exterior, all sides. Roof line, stucco, fascia, windows, gates, pool and yard, from the street and the lot.
- Interior, every room. Wide frames of each room plus close-ups of anything that looks wrong: stains, cracks, missing fixtures, standing water.
- Occupancy and access. Is anyone living there, are utilities on, and is the property secured.
- Aerials, included. A drone set of the roof and lot, useful for roof condition, setbacks and what the neighbors are doing.
- The report. One PDF, dated, with a short written summary and every photo, sent by email the same week.
This is a visual record by a photographer, not a home inspection or an appraisal. When something needs a licensed opinion, the report says so and you send the right professional.
Pricing
- Standard visit, aerials included$350
- Same or next business day+$150
- Short walk-through video, 2 to 4 minutes+$100
Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Tempe at no travel charge. Scottsdale, Phoenix, Cave Creek and the north Valley $75. West Valley, Sun City and Wickenburg $150. Yuma, Casa Grande and Pinal County quoted.
Common reasons people send us
- Pre-close walk-through when the buyer cannot fly in.
- Repair verification after a BINSR: did the work get done.
- Land and lots: access, fencing, stakes, neighboring use, from the ground and the air.
- Tenant-occupied units, with proper notice, for landlords who live elsewhere.
- Probate, trust and estate properties nobody in the family lives near.

Why BlueInk Title is telling you about us
BlueInk Title Agency closes transactions across Arizona, and the people around those closings keep needing the same things: a builder who wants a record of what went into the walls and a film to sell the next one, a vendor whose work deserves better than phone photos, a buyer who lives somewhere else. Their escrow officers can now hand you one name for all of it.
Copper Frame Media does the documentation, the media and the visits. RevealBuilt does the measuring. BlueInk does the closing.
Ask your BlueInk escrow officer, or send the form. Either way it is the same crew and the same fixed prices.
Offices in Chandler, Gilbert, Sun City, Wickenburg and Yuma, closing across Arizona.
Boots on the Ground work is booked through Copper Frame Media, based in Gilbert.
What BlueInk's builders and their clients say
Copper Frame Media captured the entire building process in a way that really showcases the quality and craftsmanship we put into every home. It's a great way to show prospective clients what goes into building with us.
JasonHome builder
Good construction deserves to be showcased properly. Documenting our projects captures the progress, coordination, and craftsmanship that people don't always get to see. It gives prospective buyers more confidence in what we do.
MarkResidential developer
Building a home is such a huge milestone, and having the process documented was one of the best decisions we made. We get to look back on every stage and remember how our home came together.

Questions people ask
Our schedule moves constantly. How do you catch the right day?
Two ways. Your foreman texts us the morning the excavator, pump truck or framing crane is actually rolling, and on long builds a fixed time-lapse camera on site catches everything in between. We shoot the phase; the camera catches the moment.
Do you need the homeowner's permission to shoot a build?
Yes, and it is easiest handled as a line in your construction agreement. We can supply the language.
How soon do I see something?
A 30 to 45 second cut from the first visit within 48 hours, a short progress cut every month, and the finished film when the project completes. You never wait nine months to find out whether you like the work.
What is the 3D walkthrough, and what does it cost?
An iGUIDE capture: a hosted walkthrough you can send to anyone, plus a measured floor plan to the ANSI Z765 standard, and a laser point cloud if drawings are needed later. $250 covers a home up to 2,500 square feet; larger properties are priced by square footage and confirmed before we schedule. It is delivered by RevealBuilt, our documentation company, so one booking covers both.
Is the property visit a home inspection?
No. A home inspection is a licensed opinion on systems and defects. This is a dated visual record by a photographer of what is there on the day. It tells you whether to send an inspector, a contractor, or nobody.
Where do you go?
Anywhere in the Phoenix metro, with no travel charge in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Tempe. Scottsdale, Phoenix and the north Valley add $75, the West Valley, Sun City and Wickenburg $150. Yuma, Casa Grande and Pinal County are quoted by the trip.
Do I have to be a BlueInk client or vendor?
No. BlueInk's escrow officers refer people to us because they needed someone reliable, but anyone can book directly from this page.
