The project
The yard was shot on the build and again when the landscape was finished, so the film can cut straight from the dirt to the done.
Ground footage carries the detail: paver edges, turf seams, plant spacing. The drone shows the whole lot at once, which is the shot a homeowner shares.
What the film shows
Bare dirt, block walls and scaffolding on the first visit.
Finished turf, pavers and desert landscaping on the last.
Ground and aerial angles cut together into one 1:24 film.
Who this is for
Landscape and hardscape contractors who want a before and after that sells the next job, and builders who want the yard to show as well as the house.
A two-visit Before and After project starts at $1,800. See project pricing, or look at the work we do in Mesa.
What homeowners say about a documented build
There are so many little moments during a home build that you don't fully appreciate until everything is finished. Having the whole journey captured means we can share the story of our home with our family for years to come.

Building a home is such a huge milestone, and having the process documented was one of the best decisions we made. We get to look back on every stage and remember how our home came together.

Questions about a project like this
How many visits does a before and after take?
Two: one before the work starts and one when it is finished, shot from the same positions so the pair lines up. That is the $1,800 Before and After package. Longer builds use four or six visits.
Do I own the film and the photos?
Yes. Full usage rights for your website, Google Business Profile, social channels, print and trade shows, for as long as you want them.
How fast is delivery?
Videos in three business days after the final visit, photo sets in five. Next-day delivery is available as an add-on.
